Job Description

As a Room Attendant, your primary responsibility is to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in various areas of the establishment, including guest rooms, public spaces, and offices. Operating on a roster basis, you ensure efficient and courteous service, aiming for maximum guest satisfaction while adhering to the hotel’s cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, organize, and maintain a high level of cleanliness in designated areas.
• Provide efficient and courteous service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
• Contribute significantly to a positive guest experience.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning materials efficiently.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Friendly and hospitable approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and energetic with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-groomed appearance consistently.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.
• Stamina to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexibility to bend, stoop, and reach.
