Job Description:

MBK Security seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager with 6+ years in the security field to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire company to attract potential clients and retain existing ones. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
• Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and success of marketing activities.
• Manage and expand the client portfolio by identifying and targeting potential clients.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving license.
• Visit or cancelled visa can apply (UAE Experience is a must).
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the security industry (6+ years).
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Have a potential client portfolio.
