Job Description

Flowbird is looking for a Customer Experience Manager (CEM) to join their team. As the Customer Experience Manager (CEM), you will play a key role in ensuring a positive relationship between Flowbird and its customers. You’ll work closely with Client Project Managers (CPMs) to manage the delivery of projects, ensuring that the scope is well-defined and specifications are met. Your mission is to reduce delivery risks, prevent misunderstandings, and ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Support CPMs and customers in defining project scope during the pre-sales phase.
  • Prepare documentation on client needs to guide Business Analysts in drafting detailed specifications.
  • Review and validate specifications with the customer and organize acceptance tests post-delivery.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure project specifications are met and organize test documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage client meetings and communications.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of IT and information systems (software development, architecture, infrastructure, and network).
  • Experience in bid management, specification writing, and testing processes is highly valued.
Customer Experience Manager Salary & Benefits
  • Salary range: €36000 – €46000 /year
