Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Emergency Response, Training, and Consultancy operations.
- Implement and manage policies and procedures for strategic alignment.
- Provide tactical and operational leadership to achieve corporate goals.
- Foster continuous improvement and ensure operational excellence.
- Manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in emergency response, training, and consultancy services.
- Vital strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of operational best practices.
