Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the fire services project elements to meet contractual obligations, client expectations, and desired outcomes.
- Serve as a strategic and functional on-the-ground partner in client relationships and contract deliverable management.
- Manage, implement, and continually enhance contract and project governance, reporting, communications, and escalation processes externally (with clients, contractors, and suppliers) and internally.
Program Manager Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and meeting contractual obligations.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and improve project governance, reporting, and communication processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex and challenging situations.
