Restaurant Hostess Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests as they enter and managing the waiting list.
- Providing guests with menus and answering initial questions.
- Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
- Assigning guests to tables while keeping table rotation in mind.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they are happy with food and service.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and handling inquiries.
- Demonstrating knowledge of the menu.
- Assisting with other restaurant tasks as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting with other duties as required by the management team.

One&Only The Palm Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
- Vital Food & Beverage knowledge.
- Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with high-profile and diverse guests.
- Dynamic team player with a commitment to high service standards.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
