We seek a dynamic and experienced Food Services Supervisor to join our team. The Food Services Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our food and beverage services, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Food Services Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service activities, including dining room management, event catering, and bar operations.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service, ensuring company standards and policies are adhered to.
  • Oversee the ordering, receiving, and inventory management of food and beverage supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen staff and event planners, to coordinate seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in scheduling, payroll management, and food service staff performance evaluations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for guests and staff.

Food Services Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
