Room Attendants Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean windows and mirrors.
• Empty trash and replace wastebasket liners.
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and stationery.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas as assigned.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting heavy items.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
