Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Receives telephone calls and records and relays messages.
- Prepares/disburses departmental communication (letters, memos, faxes).
- Coordinates with other departments for information gathering.
- Prepares complex reports/documentation and presentations.
- Prepares meeting agendas and takes minutes of meetings.
- Schedules meetings and sends reminders.
- Coordinates conferences/events/activities.
- Organizes and maintains departmental files.
- Manages office equipment and stationary requests.
- Receives department visitors.
- Processes employee leave requests and monitors attendance.
- Handles travel arrangements through coordination with government relations and travel agents.
- Performs related tasks as requested by the manager.
- Records departmental budget expenditure.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Requirements:
- Secondary Education (12 grades).
- 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good written and spoken English/Arabic.
- Good interpersonal skills.
