Job Description:
Long-term Teachers Ltd is currently looking for an EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. In this role, the EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant will play a key part in supporting young learners within the Early Years Foundation Stage at a local Primary School. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive school community dedicated to fostering growth and development in early education.
Responsibilities:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience supporting a nursery and/or primary school setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues
- Passion for supporting the learning and development of young learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
- Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
