Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:
- Set the workload for cooks, catering assistants, and dishwashers based on the schedule.
- Reallocate staff based on workload execution
- Supervise kitchen and dishwasher production, managing the team effectively
- Collaborate with the culinary development manager to create new recipes
- Prioritize the preparation of special orders or catering services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Possess a Cook CATP or equivalent.
- Knowledge of at least one official language (Luxembourgish, French, or German)
- Notions of office automation (desired)
- Team player with strong organizational and communication skills
- Autonomous with team management capabilities
