Lifeguard Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant surveillance of the pool and surrounding areas.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations.
• Respond immediately to emergencies and administer first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Assist guests in entering and exiting the pool safely.
• Provide information about pool facilities, rules, and regulations.
• Enforce pool rules and address unsafe behaviours.
• Inspect and maintain rescue equipment.
• Communicate effectively with other lifeguards and staff members.
• Participate in regular training sessions and emergency drills.
• Monitor and control the number of guests in the pool area.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area.
• Keep accurate records of pool attendance and incidents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a lifeguard in a 4/5* hotel.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Pool lifeguard qualification.
• First aid and CPR qualification.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Ability to work professionally and helpfully.
