Cabin Crew Job Description

As a member of the Emirates cabin crew, you will be the face of the airline, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety of all passengers on board. You need to be friendly, observant, and capable of offering the right support in any situation. This role requires a personality that shines, the ability to adapt, and the competence to manage aircraft services, security, and safety procedures confidently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to passengers.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew members.
• Manage aircraft services and safety procedures effectively.
• Lead confidently in emergency situations.
• Maintain Emirates’ high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• More than one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Positive attitude and ability to provide excellent service in a team environment.
• High school graduate (Grade 12) minimum qualification.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Minimum height of 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform.
• Ability to meet UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: AED 4,430 per month.
• Flying pay: AED 63.75 per hour based on an average of 80-100 hours per month.
• Average total pay: AED 10,170 per month (~USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, or GBP 2,280).
• Meal allowances for night stops are credited to the salary in arrears the following month.
• Hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport are provided by the company.
