Assistant Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Store Manager for Charlotte Tilbury in the UAE. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for retail and a drive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives and ensuring staff provide exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving store objectives.
  • Ensure staff have the necessary skills and support to maximize sales.
  • Maintain the effective operation of the store by collaborating with various departments.
  • Provide feedback to store, brand, and area managers regarding staff and products.
  • Deputize for the Store Manager during periods of leave.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of retail experience, ideally at a supervisory level.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in PC literacy.
