Head Chef Job Description:
As the Head Chef at SUSHISAMBA ABU DHABI looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef to organize the kitchen’s activities. You will be the first in command in the facilities and will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment. Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, mentoring staff, and maintaining the highest standards of food production.
Head Chef Responsibilities:
- Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers
- Oversee the work of subordinates
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining.
- International experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, and additional languages e.g., Russian, Spanish, and Italian, will be highly preferred
- Strong culinary skills and creativity.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
