  Responsibilities and tasks you must fulfill at JL Cleaning Company:

• As the cleaning supervisor, it will be your job to allocate tasks to cleaners and monitor their work to make sure the clients are prepared to the highest standards of cleanliness.

• You will be a natural leader with the ability to rearrange the roaster, resolve issues, and inspire the team while making sure our high standards are fulfilled. You will report to the Manager and fill in for them when they are away.

• You’ll have a strong eye for detail and take pride in making sure that our guests enjoy a memorable stay.
• You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be hands-on to ensure the properties are prepared on time and to standard.
• You will be required to transport the cleaners to and from the designated places in Malta.

Other qualifications

• Having experience in supervising others will be considered an asset.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and shifts (weekend and public holidays included).
• Good level of English.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driving license
