Rootz is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Office Housekeeper to join our team on a flexible part-time basis, with a minimum requirement of 20 hours per week. Our modern office is spread across two floors, and you will be working closely with a full-time in-house Office Housekeeper. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of both office floors, including desk areas, windows, and floors.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens on both floors.
  • Collect and clean dirty dishes, cups, and utensils, and store them appropriately after washing.
  • Perform cleaning duties for office appliances, such as refrigerators.
  • Regularly restock toiletries in the bathrooms.
  • Monitor and manage snack inventory, providing feedback to HR for restocking.
  • Maintain beverage fridge by replenishing water and other beverages.
  • Responsible for disposing of garbage, including packages and boxes, in the designated area.
  • Assist with restocking food and snacks as needed.
  • Support in organizing office purchases and storing them in cupboards when necessary.
  • Notify HR of any maintenance issues requiring attention.
