Stock Keeper Responsibilities:

• Organize stock and equipment, including daily service work packs.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Generate and produce reports
• Ensure OH&S compliance
• Order consumables and tools for service activities
• Troubleshoot problems and recommend improvements
• Maintain site warehouse and ensure all areas are safe and well-organized
• Participate in stocktaking programs

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Understanding of warehousing/logistics
• Administrative and computer skills
• Full, clean driving license
• Ability to learn to drive a forklift
• Ability to gain high-risk licenses
• Preferred Competencies: Forklift license, Dangerous Goods training, Intermediate MS Office, SAP experience
• Good communication skills
• Efficient time management skills
• Commitment to Safety
• Teamwork ability
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Flexibility for changing working conditions and intra-state travel
