Rig Helper Job Responsibilities:

As a Rig Helper with Alemtiaz Alkuwaiti Logistics Services Co., your responsibilities will include the following:

• Performing regular maintenance and repair work on rig equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Keeping the rig and surrounding areas clean and free of hazards, including the deck, machinery spaces, and living quarters.
• Assisting in transporting and setting drilling equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery are properly secured and stored.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols, participating in safety drills, and using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Supporting drillers and other crew members during drilling operations, including handling drill pipes and other heavy equipment.
• Operating cranes and other lifting equipment under the guidance of a certified crane operator, ensuring safe lifting and moving of heavy loads.
• Helping prepare and maintain drilling mud systems, including mixing and testing drilling fluids.
• Following established emergency procedures, be prepared to assist in emergencies, such as oil spills, fires, or medical emergencies.
• Keeping track of supplies and materials, assisting in inventory checks, and reporting any shortages or needs for reordering.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors ensures smooth operations and promptly addresses issues.

Rig Helper Qualifications and Requirements
