Governance Associate Responsibilities:
- Support preparation and organization of Board and Committee agendas and papers.
- Implement governance standards, policies, processes, and systems.
- Collect, organize, and maintain data for presentations and meetings.
- Manage documentation and ensure timely distribution of Board materials.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with Board members and manage meeting logistics and scheduling.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure records of all Board-related documentation.
- Track Board actions and resolutions, preparing detailed reports and dashboards.
Governance Associate Qualifications and Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet research.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit high ethical standards.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to conduct research and present data effectively.
