Monitor Operator Job Responsibilities:

As a Monitor Operator with Alemtiaz Alkuwaiti Logistics Services Co., your responsibilities will include the following:

• Monitor assigned displays for abnormalities, alarms, or other events requiring attention.
• Analyze and interpret data or visuals presented on the monitoring systems.
• Respond promptly to alerts and alarms according to established protocols.
• Investigate the cause of identified issues and take necessary actions to resolve them.
• Document all activities, including observations, incidents, and actions taken.
• Maintain accurate logs of system activity, events, and operator actions.
• Perform routine checks on monitoring equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Escalate critical issues or situations to designated personnel (supervisors, IT support, security).
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on operational procedures, equipment functions, and industry best practices.

Monitor Operator Qualifications and Requirements
