Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for the business to secure on time material deliveries
  • Monitor open material demand, supply and inventories, take action when required
  • Execute, supervise and coordinate the delivery of Priority Orders and Exception Orders
  • Support the Service Business with the sale of parts
  • Serve as main entry point in terms of spare part price/Leadtime/documentation on tenders/contracts/projects with special focus on Emerging Markets
  • Assist in resolution of Non-Conformities
  • Be accountable for the department’s main KPIs and take necessary actions to improve performance
  • Represent the Supply Chain Department in front of regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field or a combination of related experience and education
  • Minimum 4+ years working in Global Supply Chain networks
  • Background in planning and procurement activities to support manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SAP)
