Light Driver Job Responsibilities:

As a Light Driver with Vevey Pies and Pastry Co, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Operate the vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
• Plan routes for deliveries or pickups, considering factors like traffic and distance.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after trips, ensuring tyre pressure, fuel levels, and overall roadworthiness.
• Load and unload cargo or passengers with care, following safety protocols.
• Deliver goods or transport passengers on schedule.
• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with clients.
• Maintaining trip logs and completing necessary paperwork.
• Reporting vehicle problems and scheduling maintenance appointments.
• Adapting to unexpected situations like traffic jams or bad weather.

Light Driver Qualifications and Requirements

You need the following for the Light Driver position to apply for the Vevey Pies and Pastry Co.
