Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:
- Collect customer advice from the supervisor.
- Pick up vehicles from customer locations on a motorbike.
- Visually examine vehicles for pre-collection damages and note them on the Customer’s Advice.
- Hand over the customer’s advice, explain services and charges when queried, and collect payment in advance.
- Bring the vehicle to Tasjeel for testing and registration.
- Deliver the vehicle back to the customer safely.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the service.
- In Al Sayara Express service, receive the customers, make them comfortable in the Sayara Service enclave, and complete their vehicle transactions quickly.
- In pick-up (VIP) service, deliver the vehicle back to the customer’s location with invoices and any refunds.
- Make new business contacts and obtain referrals where possible.
Customer Service Agent Qualifications and Requirements:
- Good general education (minimum high school level).
- Valid motorbike and light vehicle driving license.
- Basic technical knowledge about vehicles.
- Good communication skills.
- Smart appearance and well-groomed (uniform provided).
