Job Description
IIQAF Group currently currently seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team. As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all paintwork meets the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Mix paints and prepare coatings according to color and consistency specifications.
- Apply paint or coatings to surfaces using spray guns or brushes.
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces.
- Clean and maintain spray guns, brushes, and other equipment used for painting.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear protective gear to prevent accidents.
- Maintain inventory of paints, coatings, and other necessary materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of paint mixtures, coatings, and application techniques.
- Ability to select and match colors accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and precautions related to painting.
