Document Controller Responsibilities:

• Ensure fleet maintenance records are up to date.
• Generate reports reflecting fleet availability every month.
• Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify cases of neglect, misuse, or accidents proactively and propose solutions or penalties.
• Support fleet operations through a proactive, service-oriented approach.
• Coordinate closely between vendors, fleet, and finance departments for financial and purchase aspects.
• Monitor and ensure an uninterrupted fleet maintenance workflow, addressing challenges proactively.
• Handle fleet registration-related advances, manage cash, file receipts, and forward to accounts.
• Raise and track outsourced vehicle maintenance PRs, maintaining comprehensive financial records.
• Provide administrative support and handle HR-related tasks, including leave records, passport requests, certificates, and medical leave.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma in IT.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data entry, especially related to fleet maintenance.
• Three years of UAE experience.
• Knowledge of the local market.
• Driving license.
• Good technical knowledge related to fleet and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and data entry skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good typing speed and ability to work on multiple platforms.
