Operations Officer Job Description
Transguard Group is seeking an Operations Officer-Customer Service to join the Cash Services team at the company’s HQ in Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA). The role involves handling day-to-day customer queries related to cash discrepancies, service issues, and complaints, ensuring error-free resolution in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of cash discrepancy queries to protect the company’s brand reputation.
- Manage all customer queries and complaints from various channels and maintain accurate daily logs.
- Coordinate with internal business units to resolve issues and share feedback with clients.
- Ensure all customer complaints are resolved within contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and share daily and weekly dashboards with management.
- Maintain meeting records for banks/customers and track closure of action points.
- Proactively communicate with customers to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Analytical skills with a focus on reporting.
Operations Officer Salary: est 2,000 to 3,500 aed/mo
