Job Description
IIQAF Group is currently looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Using your expertise in production methods, you will ensure that our manufacturing operations are efficient, safe, and aligned with industry standards. With your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and developing innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct time studies and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and support process improvement projects, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Train and mentor production personnel on best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Support the implementation of quality control measures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and optimize equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, preferably in a production environment.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and testing.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Manufacturing Engineer Salary $4500 – $5000 /month
