Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and resolve service inquiries from clients across different platforms.
• Utilize various computer systems to complete tasks and address account inquiries.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of Citi products and services.
• Analyze potential risks and provide solutions to meet client needs.
• Accurately and efficiently complete assigned tasks.
• Solve disputes and retain clients while minimizing operating losses.
• Ensure exceptional client experiences through adherence to established rules and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1-3 years of work experience in a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems.
• Demonstrated experience in solving customer service inquiries.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the use of a 10-key touchpad.
• Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
