Financial Analyst Job Description
Transguard Workforce Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst for one of their banking clients based in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting financial expenses, managing cost structures, and supporting key business functions to ensure financial efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report monthly expenses for the company and its other markets.
- Manage and adjust cost center structures within the accounting system according to business requirements.
- Provide detailed reports and insights by cost center, function, and key projects.
- Track expenses and staff numbers against planned targets.
- Assist the Operations Function in calculating unit costs.
- Submit expense reports to Allianz Group in Dublin and Paris, and address queries from these teams.
- Support business profitability analysis.
- Address ad-hoc financial queries from stakeholders across various company groups.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst within a large finance organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries is highly advantageous.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and interest in financial analysis.
- A structured approach to tasks and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various functions.
