Store Supervisor Job Description:

As a Store Supervisor at Sun & Sand Sports in Manama, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service in the store. You will support the store’s sales team, manage daily operations, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and inventory management. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving store targets and providing an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving the store’s annual sales targets by supporting the sales team.
• Ensure proper staffing and scheduling to maintain excellent customer service.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Oversee after-sales processes, ensuring adherence to repair and return policies.
• Address customer needs and complaints, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure promotions and pricing are accurate and align with company standards.
• Analyze sales reports to optimize stock levels and improve sales performance.
• Manage inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and resolving discrepancies.
• Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside.
• Lead the team to follow standard operating procedures and maintain store appearance.
• Perform cashier duties when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in cash handling and loss prevention practices.
