Demi Chef De Partie Responsibilities:

• Prepare special meals or substitute items as required.
• Regulate the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Thaw food from freezer storage in the refrigerator.
• Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
• Maintain food logs and monitor food quality and quantity.
• Communicate assistance needs during busy periods.
• Inform the Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.
• Inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Ensure food quality and prepare meals according to recipes and standards.
• Assist management in various HR tasks and serve as a role model.
• Follow company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs and maintain professional relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required.
