Chef de Party Baker:
a) Formal qualification in bakery
b) 5 years experience in bakery and demi chef
Minimum 2 years experience as a Party Baker.
Chef de Partie Butcher:
a) Formal qualification in butchery from a recognized institute.
b) 5 years experience in Butchery Galley and 2 years experience as Demi Chef de Party Butcher.
Demi Chef de Party Butcher:
A) Basic butchery production in a star hotel or cruise ship environment
Must have completed training.
b) With at least 1 year as First Commission Butcher
3 years experience in slaughterhouses.
Chef de Partie Pastry:
a) Formal qualification in Pastry from a recognized institute.
B) 4 years At least 1 year of pastry experience as a First Commis Pastry.
Demi Chef de Party Baker:
a) in Bakery Arts from a recognized Culinary Training Institute
