Employment Terms and Conditions

Nature of Job: Factory Worker in the Manufacturing sector.
Overtime: Voluntary, with payment calculated as per regulations.
Rest Day: One day per week, following Malaysian labor laws.
Public Holiday: Paid leave for a minimum of 13 public holidays annually, as per Malaysian labor laws.
Annual Leave: 8 days for the first two years of service.

Sick Leave:

• Without Hospitalization: 14 days/year for service less than 2 years.
• Hospitalization: 60 days/year.

Medical and Accident Insurance: Covered under the current Foreign Workmen Compensation (Insurance) Scheme (FWCMS), and if applicable, the Foreign Workers Health Insurance Scheme or any other government-adopted insurance scheme.

Rights:

Repatriation and Early Termination: Employer bears the cost of transportation from Malaysia to Nepal in case of repatriation and early termination.
