AW Rostamani Group, a company based in Dubai, is looking for an Assistant Quality Controller. The Assistant Quality Controller has to ensure that the quality standards are met during the manufacturing of the goods before delivery to the customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct quality checks on incoming materials for paper cup production, including paperboard, ink, and adhesives.
2. Inspect paper cups and related products during production to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
3. Regularly check finished paper cups for adherence to customer specifications, including size, shape, and design.
4. Record and report quality control data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality control records.
5. Assist in investigating customer complaints related to quality issues, identifying root causes, and proposing effective solutions.
6. Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced product quality and efficiency.
7. Ensure compliance with quality control regulations, standards, and company policies.
8. Assist in training production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Quality department of the Paper Cup division.
• Knowledge of paper, printing, and packaging.
• Proficient in ERP systems and other related technologies.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with quality control techniques and processes.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of paper cup products, manufacturing processes, and quality control regulations.
