Customer Service Manager

CMS Nepal Pvt Ltd was looking for a qualified candidate to join the team as Customer Service Manager. In this role, you will resolve critical customer complaints and measure customer satisfaction levels.

Qualification: Ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/Graduate Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of industry experience. Strong technical and math skills, as well as reasoning ability, are required. Candidate must have strong industry knowledge and ability to implement new initiatives, good computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, presentation skills, team player, good listener, and problem-solving ability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop systems to ensure the right-first-time service and manage processes to ensure customer retention
  • Ensure effective implementation and success of new initiatives
  • Implement service processes to channel partners
  • Provide specialized service support for strategic customers with channel partners
  • Ensure adequate inventory and execution of spare parts orders by all channel partners to meet spare parts targets
  • Guide channel partners for manpower/facilities/equipment optimization
  • Ensure profitability of channel partners’ workshops
  • Maintain MIS in service
  • Manage spare parts inventory
  • Manage service guarantees at dealerships
  • Monitoring service camps and activities

Job Location: The job location is in Kathmandu.
