The South Korean electronics concern, Samsung, may soon introduce a new smartphone capable of operating in cellular networks of the 5th generation. We are talking about the 5G version of the Galaxy A23, the original version of which debuted in March this year. The future gadget managed to get the approval of several certification agencies, which indicates an imminent presentation.
Network sources claim that the model will be built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G 8-core mobile chipset. The operating system will be Android 12 with a proprietary One UI 4.1 graphical interface. The gadget will be equipped with a Bluetooth 5.0 wireless adapter, an NFC chip for contactless payment, and at least 4 GB of RAM. Power will be provided by a 5,000 mAh battery supporting 25W wired charging.
Perhaps the novelty will inherit from the original version a 90-Hz 6.6-inch IPS display, an 8 MP selfie camera and a rear quad camera with optical sensors of 50 MP, 5 MP, 2 MP and 2 MP.
