Room Attendant Job Description

Transguard Workforce Solutions is currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Room Attendant to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public spaces, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of hotel guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, replenish, and maintain guest rooms following hotel standards.
• Execute the full sequence of cleaning services, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting bathrooms, and making beds.
• Handle and use cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment according to hotel protocols.
• Replace towels, soaps, and guest amenities, and shampoo carpets and upholstery as needed.
• Empty trash bins daily and manage cleaning trolleys safely.
• Complete daily cleaning task control sheets and meet cleaning room targets.
• Report any malfunctioning tools, incidents, or guest room issues to the supervisor.
• Follow hotel protocols for lost and found objects.
• Interact politely with guests and report any unusual behaviour.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Room Attendant Salary & Benefits

Salary Est 1,900 to 3,500 aed/mo and benefits package, including accommodation, meals, and transport assistance.
