Job Description
Etoile Group is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Attendant to join growing team. As a Sales Attendant, you will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met by delivering exceptional and professional service. You’ll maintain high standards in your day-to-day responsibilities, including item display, shop cleanliness, and stock organization.
You will be expected to utilize your product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and excellent communication skills to meet targets and continuously add value to the business. Responsibilities
As a Sales Attendant with Etoile Group, your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Achievement:
- Achieve sales targets by employing advanced sales techniques and in-depth product knowledge.
- Focus on increasing Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Transaction Value (ATV).
- Customer Service:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs and meet or exceed their expectations.
- Merchandising:
- Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising, including cleanliness, display, and stock rotation.
- Implement all merchandising strategies as per the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Keep the shop clean and well-maintained, preparing stock and participating in inventory activities.
- Monitor customer movements to detect theft or violations.
- Acquire detailed product knowledge to assist customers and enhance product awareness.
- Maintain an active customer database and ensure timely follow-ups to foster customer loyalty.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Previous experience in fashion/luxury retail is preferred.
