Job Description
IIQAF Group is currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Bike Messenger to join their team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents throughout the city. If you have a passion for biking, local city knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will ensure on-time deliveries while providing top-notch customer service and maintaining a high standard of safety.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages and documents efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Maintain a high level of customer service during each delivery.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while biking.
- Plan and optimize routes before starting deliveries to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide updates on delivery status.
- Handle packages carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Report any issues or delays to management in a timely manner.
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Must have a valid bike and helmet for use during deliveries.
- Strong knowledge of the city, including shortcuts and alternative routes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina for long rides and carrying packages.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of package handling and delivery procedures.
- Previous experience as a bike messenger or in a delivery role is preferred.
Bike Messenger salary: 4,500 – 5,000 aed /mo
