Job Description

RSA Engineered Products is currently looking for a skilled General Helper to join their Manufacturing Production team in El Cajon, CA. This position involves performing manual tasks, including deburring, degreasing, sandblasting, and assisting other workers in their duties. It requires moderate physical exertion and on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Remove burrs and sharp edges using abrasive materials, hand tools like drills, countersinks, files, scrapers, and wire brushes.
• Operate deburring equipment and other machines such as air & electric motor-driven tools, bench grinders, and power saws.
• Assist with janitorial duties and general cleanup as directed.
• Participate in forklift training and certification according to CCR Title 8 Section 3668.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to read and write English at a level required to fulfill essential job functions.
• Experience using air & electric motor-driven tools for deburring or similar tasks.
• Prior industry work experience or high school shop training preferred.
• Willingness to complete forklift certification.

General Helper Salary & Benefits

• Pay range: $18.00 – $29.86 per hour.
• Work schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
