Job Description
As an HSE Officer, you will assist the Sr. HSE Officer and HSE Manager in effectively implementing health, safety, and environmental programs within the HTL Group. This role involves managing HSE strategies, risk assessments, and loss prevention programs to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Sr. HSE Officer/Sr. HSE Officer-HTL.
- Support the development and implementation of HSE management systems, training, and awareness programs.
- Assist in liaising with local authorities on HSE-related matters.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, safety trainings, and organize internal audits.
- Support incident investigations and help develop corrective actions.
- Coordinate with terminal staff to ensure timely delivery of HSE support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferably in Industrial Safety).
- Post-diploma qualification in Industrial Safety with at least five years of experience in the oil/chemical industry.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
