Job Description

Concorde Education is seeking a Sales Development Manager to help fuel its growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving sales. Your ability to generate leads, conduct cold calls, and perform market research will be crucial in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Present Concorde Education’s services to prospective clients.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored product solutions.
  • Customize product offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and Account Executives.
  • Report on sales results to the Business Development Manager.
  • Stay updated on new products, services, and pricing plans.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • A track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • A BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
