Indigo Dubai Downtown seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant lifestyle hotel. If you’re passionate about food and love making guests happy, this is the job for you! As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee the restaurant, in-room dining, and events, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your role involves continuously evaluating and improving guest satisfaction and always striving for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the F&B team, crafting unique dining experiences across all venues.
- Oversee restaurant, in-room dining, and events.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and adhere to food and payroll budgets.
- Recruit, motivate, train, develop, and manage your team.
- Manage guest queries efficiently and effectively.
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies.
- Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue.
- Participate in menu development and monthly stock takes.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- Innovate and tackle challenges creatively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or restaurant.
- Strong in HACCP procedures and application.
- Hands-on leader with the ability to coach and motivate the team.
- Experience in branded restaurants and leading a multinational team.
- Highly organized and motivated.
