Plumber Responsibilities:

• Attend day-to-day service for repair and maintenance work related to electrical and plumbing tasks as requested by the Maintenance Manager.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools, and perform corrective actions.
• Inspect electrical and plumbing systems as per preventive maintenance schedules to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments.
• Advise team members on the potential hazards of continued operation of any electrical equipment.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical equipment, wiring, and fixtures based on specifications and local codes.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using devices such as ammeters, multimeters, and voltmeters.
• Ensure compliance with risk assessments and fire safety regulations.
• Monitor co-workers for the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and fixtures.
• Utilize a variety of tools and equipment such as power machines and measuring devices.
• Assemble pipe sections and fittings, and install plumbing fixtures and appliances.
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including replacing defective washers, broken pipes, and opening clogged drains.
• Ensure the quality of all work completed meets good engineering practice standards.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the Maintenance Manager and Chief Engineer.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Plumber
• Work experience in a 4/5 Star Hotel in the UAE
