This role involves working on the Damen Galati Shipyard platform, inspecting vessels under construction, and ensuring that products and materials meet production standards. The QC Inspector plays a crucial role in reducing errors and improving processes by assessing product quality and analyzing recurring manufacturing defects.

QC Inspector at Damen Workforce Romania Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct daily inspections with clients and class representatives.
• Address non-conformities issued by the class and client.
• Verify and resolve issues noted in non-conformance reports and patrol reports, closing them in the SnagR and Rdrive systems.
• Present critical points to relevant departments at the start of each new project.
• Perform all tasks to the best of your ability, maintaining confidentiality of all information obtained.

QC Inspector Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Native-level Romanian language skills.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Decision-making capabilities and a sense of responsibility.
