Receptionist Job Description

Garcia Roofing is seeking a Receptionist who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with customers and sales representatives over the phone. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and customers, scheduling appointments, inputting leads, and following up with customers and sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage appointment calendars effectively.
• Compose and prepare correspondence, including reports, memos, letters, and spreadsheets.
• Answer phone calls, record information, and address incoming issues and concerns.
• Perform various clerical functions such as preparing documents and maintaining records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to work well within a team and handle confidential information with discretion.
• High level of customer service and responsiveness.
• Proficiency in Google tools, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Salary & Benefits

• Full-time work schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with potential after-hours and weekend work depending on workload.
• $12 – $15 /hour
