Job Description
IIQAF Group is currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Zumba Instructor to join our dynamic team. As a Zumba Instructor, you will be responsible for leading exhilarating Zumba classes and creating a positive and energetic atmosphere for our members. If you have a passion for fitness and love motivating others, this is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting high-energy Zumba classes for participants of all fitness levels
- Creating a fun and engaging environment that promotes enthusiasm and motivation
- Demonstrating proper technique and providing modifications when necessary
- Incorporating a variety of dance styles and music genres into each class
- Ensuring the safety of all participants and providing first aid if needed
- Tracking participant attendance and progress
- Collaborating with management to develop new Zumba class formats and themes
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Certification in Zumba or a similar fitness program
- Proven experience teaching Zumba classes to diverse groups
- Strong knowledge of different dance styles and music genres
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all fitness levels
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
