Assistant Housing Manager Job Description
Anantara currently looking for an Assistant Housing Manager to oversee and manage the accommodations for our hotel team members. The ideal candidate will ensure that housing facilities are well-maintained, safe, and comfortable while meeting the needs of the team members.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of housing facilities, including check-ins, check-outs, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate housing assignments, ensuring efficient utilization of available spaces.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address repairs and ensure accommodations meet safety and hygiene standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and fostering a positive living environment.
- Ensure housing facilities comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections.
- Maintain clear communication with residents and the People & Culture department, keeping accurate records of complaints and maintenance requests.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and supportive living environment.
