Job Description:

The Personnel Manager will assist the Regional Personnel Manager (RPM) in planning, managing, and supporting all personnel-related activities within the region. This role requires strict adherence to divisional personnel policies and procedures while providing essential HR support services to all Line Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the RPM in managing personnel functions within the region.
• Ensure strict compliance with divisional personnel policies and procedures.
• Provide comprehensive HR support services to all Line Managers.
• Interpret, communicate, and apply HR policies and procedures accurately.
• Analyze data and reports to support decision-making processes.
• Lead and support a team within a multicultural environment.
• Maintain organizational standards to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and work within a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
